Idiom Fun

We’ve had fun learning about idioms today!   The students loved putting together the idiom puzzle pieces.  My sweet mother, a retired teacher, has been a busy bee helping me make fun activities for the classroom.  I am the laminating queen and I am not sure mom really appreciates that role that I’ve evolved into over time.  She is helping me catch up.  We appreciate all she does for us!

Parents….I am attaching the video we watched today.  The kids are having fun with idioms.

A Huge Thanks

A huge thanks to those who helped get 2 projects funded through DonorsChoose.  I am completely overwhelmed at your generosity!  Our room is looking different and the students (and teacher) are so excited!  Their faces are priceless when they see all the new things coming into our classroom.
